UK Entry Summary Declaration Announcement

Dear Business Partners,

As of January 31, 2025, it will be mandatory to submit an Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) for all shipments to the United Kingdom. This declaration can be made via the ncts.com.tr system.

If you have a transit declaration created with Tobbund, you can easily generate an ENS from your declaration. During this process, the following information must be entered into the system correctly and completely:

- Sender and recipient details (name, address, city, postal code, country, and, if available, EORI number)

- Modes of transport:

·For RoRo transport, the ship’s IMO number

·For road transport, vehicle plate/container information

- UK Border Customs Entry and estimated arrival date

- Gross weight (must be different from zero)

- Package details

- Loading and unloading locations

- Commodity code (HS Code)

- Documents related to the transport (invoice, etc.)
